| Cancellation Policy |
- Once we receive your order, it is considered a "good and valid" order so we process it immediately. (This includes weekends. Yes, we have been known to ship your order within minutes of receiving it even on a Saturday!!)
- If we have not packaged your order, there is no cancellation fee.
- If your order has been processed, packaged and ready to be shipped but has not left our office, there may be up to a 5% cancellation fee for our labor and materials.
- If your order has left our office, please refer to our return policy.
